What is the most common excuse people use when it comes to not working out?
“I don’t have the time, I am just soooo busy,”
If you are one of those people who feel they can really only afford 1 or 2 good full-length workouts a week – or maybe none at all- then this is the perfect quick and fast workout for those days you can’t commit to a full-length workout. The workout takes no longer than 15 minutes and requires no weights – just a soft surface to work on!
- My Crunch Routine (I reference that routine here: Crunch Routine )
- 10 Burpees
- 25 Donkey Kicks (each leg)
- 25 Fire Hydrants (each leg)
- 15 push-ups (it is okay to do the modified version)
- A minute plank
- 30 lunges (15 each leg)
- 15 triceps dips
- 40 mountain climbers
- 40 bicycles
- 50 Jumping Jacks
And TADA! That is all!
I know it can be hard to get out and work out sometimes, but this is a great way to override that lack of motivation! When I am REALLY unmotivated I even put on a TV show I really like on and workout on my yoga mat while it’s on (it makes me think that this is not a workout just a fun time to watch something I enjoy!)
