I feel like everyone needs to have a good chia pudding recipe in their ‘back pocket’ at all times.
And because I feel like I have mastered my recipe I wanted to share it with you 🙂
Chia pudding is one of my favorite healthy treats because it’s quick and easy and also tastes delicious. I like my Chia Pudding to be very much the consistency of a thick pudding, if you rather have a slightly runnier pudding then you may want to add more almond milk 🙂
- 1 cup chia seeds
- 2 cups almond milk
- 5tbsp carob powder (you can also use cocoa powder but you might have to add more maple syrup)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
Steps: Servings: 6
- Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.
- Mix until incorporated.
- Set in the fridge for 15 minutes.
- Optional: Top with your favorite ingredients ex. strawberries, coconut shavings, raisins, seeds etc.
