When the heat hits, my go-to breakfast quickly changes from the usual warm and comforting oatmeal to a cool and refreshing smoothie bowl. And (not to brag) but I am pretty sure I have mastered this ice-cream textured smoothie.
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 140 grams frozen mango
- 140 grams frozen strawberries
- 1 cup vanilla or plain almond milk (might want to add more depending on how you like your smoothie.
- Blitz it all in a Nutribullet or blender.
- Add toppings if you so wish (I added shredded coconut but you can also add muesli or an assortment of fruit).
Pretty easy right?
